This project consisted of reporting and analysis of online conversations happening in a broad range of social channels such as Twitter, blogs, Flickr, YouTube, MySpace, and Yahoo Finance. The ongoing monthly program is designed to track and report customer sentiments about specific topics determined by UFCU. Included in the monthly report is a dashboard and a direct link from the dashboard to the type of content currently circulating on the social web that pertains to UFCU.
