American Campus Communities property websites were being hosted externally in an arrangement that didn't allow content management by ACC staff or adequate search engine optimization. Additionally, the design of their 100+ student housing websites needed an overhaul to successfully create an experience for and engage student users, utilizing interactive and social media marketing technologies.
When FG SQUARED heard ACC was not pleased with their overall online experience, we knew we could help them out. We gathered and carefully analyzed feedback from the ACC team, conducted student and parent surveys and focus groups, and developed an overall online strategy that could be executed in phases based on priority.
