Grande Communications is one the fastest growing communications companies in the U.S., providing integrated cable, telephone, and internet services to businesses and consumers. Grande hired FG SQUARED to develop a new web strategy from the ground up.

The project included stakeholders from every aspect of the business, as well as customer focus groups and partner input. A full range of company-wide requirements was developed – marketing, sales, billing, community affairs, customer support, human resources, construction, and much more. The site was also tightly integrated with 3rd party systems for billing and CRM. Furthermore, an integrated customer portal was conceived and developed as part of the project.

Additionally, the site was developed in such a way that it could be maintained and enhanced by Grande’s internal team following the initial development and launch. FG SQUARED provided the training and support needed for Grande to take over the management of the site over time.
