In the last post, I included an infograph that shows one of the strategies we have used to help our clients implement enterprise collaboration tools in their internal spaces. This visual communication document came in really handy during the buy-in and implementation phases because it is easy to locate all the touch points where interaction happens between employees.
A complex tool like enterprise collaboration is hard to explain to others, and it is even harder to explain the benefits of using such a tool. FG SQUARED has created two User Experience (UX) documents: one shows how we utilize enterprise collaboration tools to get work done, and the other illustrates the benefits of using enterprise collaboration tools.

Hey David,
Saw your post on LinkedIn for another set of eyes. Looks like a great concepts and I share your pain (and love) for the enterprise. Send me the files and I’ll have a look. Cheers!
Wonderful idea. Can i take a closer look? Would love to have
these diagrams on my website.
Looks really interesting! Would love to have a closer look as we are in the process of buy-in phase ourselves.
David, I love these kinds of visualizations. Very powerful. Could I get the PDFs?
Hi David, These visualisations look great – I have tried with similar diagrams. What I did differently was highlight the different means that people engage with enterprise collaboration as well. Just looking at the pictures from here so may have missed something but it looks like the user experience is that all of the users are having to go to the collaboration site to get engaged in the conversation. It might be beneficial to show that one of the users is alerted to the conversation by RSS feed or by watching a tag or a simple email notification. You may not be using it this way but if you are might be something you could think of adding.
Thanks everyone. I will get the diagram in the PDF format and have the links ready for you soon.
Levi, is it possible to share the diagram with us?
Hi, the visualizations sems to be veri interresting. Could a please have the PDFs so that I can take a closer look?
This is great, I’ve been struggling with a visual to represent the
interactions for some time now. Agree with Levi regarding the alerting
of users to an update. Relevance is important here to manage the
firehose of data such a model produces.
Nice work…
Hi David, it seems an interesting work. Could I also get the PDFs?
I think these schemas are very usefull even if difficult to analize in a small windows. The PDFs would provide a more comprehensive view. Thanks
Hi David,
I’d like to take a closer look on your diagrams.
Could I get the PDFs?

Thanks for sharing – would love to see the PDF versions…
Thanks for putting the work into developing these. They could certainly benefit us in explaining to the management and user level. I would appreciate a set of the PDFs.
Good idea to map the Enterprise 2.0 tools within a project workflow. I also like integration and use of public or private spaces for the different phases. Please send me the PDF files. Thx.
Courtney + David. This is great!
The action is where the interactions are.
Following on from Levi, I think that Enterprise Collab Tools actually enhance other interactions, making them richer, deeper and less structured. Is that your experience?
The PDFs would be much appreciated.
Cheers
Really interesting, thanks for sharing. If possible i would have a PDF version too …
Wow, I would like the pdf too…
I love collaboration and I’m looking forward for an exhaustive collaboration tool.
I tried with socialtext, I use Google Apps every day, but I still fell like something is missing…
