The Texas Association of Community Health Centers (TACHC) is a powerful player in a nationwide movement to promote Community Health Centers as part of the solution to the growing problem of access to quality care for the underprivileged. In playing this role, TACHC must effectively communicate with a diverse audience including patients, healthcare providers, government officials, community leaders, private funding sources, and most importantly, their member organizations.
TACHC hired FG SQUARED to help develop a new website that would be the centerpiece of the communications strategy. FG SQUARED conducted market research and met with key stakeholders to determine site requirements, and then created a scalable solution designed to meet the needs of TACHC's target audience.
Highlights included new "user focused" information architecture, an e-Learning delivery and tracking system, events database, webcasting capabilities, user forums, "refer a colleague" viral marketing functionality, simple content management tools, and tighter integration with offline communications efforts.
